School will be opened tomorrow. There will be NO morning program for tomorrow. School doors will open at 8am.
Due to the amount of snow predicted for tomorrow, we will CLOSE ST. CLARE CATHOLIC ACADEMY on Tuesday, MARCH 14, 2017. Please review the the following ways you can find out if our school will be closed on Wednesday.
1. Watch Channel 7 – School closings will be announced “ST. CLARE CATHOLIC ACADEMY IN ROSEDALE”
2. Option C – You will receive an alert on Tuesday which will indicate if we will be opened or closed on Wednesday.
3. Please check our website at stclarecatholicacademy.org as we will post information about Wednesday.
All parents/guardians are invited to meet with the principal and assistant principal once a month at 1:30pm to have a hot cup of coffee and to hear about what is going on at Saint Clare Catholic Academy. You also will be given the opportunity to give feedback and provide suggestions. This is a great opportunity to take an active part in your child’s education and meet with your fellow SCCA parents. The meetings will take place on the first Friday of each of the following months.

Wish List Flyer
Once again we are collecting food and self-care items for the residents at Queen of Peace. Queen of Peace, run by the Little Sisters of the Poor, has been serving the elderly poor since 1839.
This year, each class is assigned to particular items that they are requesting. We ask that you send what is assigned to your child’s class. Please see the attached flyer to the items assigned to each class.
If you would like to donate a ham or turkey please see the attached flyer for instructions as to where to drop it off.
Monetary donations are also welcome to help purchase Turkeys.
Thank you in advance for all your support each year we have our Thanksgiving Collection.
On Wednesday, Oct. 5, we will be having our annual high school night. Parents and students from grades 6 through 8 are encouraged to attend this event. It will be from 6 to 7pm in the school gym. At 7:!5 pm, there is a mandatory meeting for the 8th grade parents to receive information on the process for High School registration for both public school and catholic school.

On Monday, October 3 we will be having our class photos. Students are to be in full uniform. On Tuesday, Oct 4, we will have our individual photos. Parents please fill out the photo forms that were given out last week, pick the background and package you are interested in purchasing, and include payment. Students can dress appropriately for their photos. Any questions, please call the office.
